Medical Suffixes Quiz
Use this medical suffixes quiz for evaluation or practice.
Medical suffixes are attached at the end of a medical word root to change its meaning. Most medical suffixes are of Greek and Latin origin, such as -logy, but some such as -ic are from the English language and thus very familiar to us.
Suffixes indicate medical tests, conditions, and procedures.
