Medical Suffixes Quiz

Medical Terminology Suffixes

Medical suffixes are attached to the end of a medical word root to change its meaning. Suffixes indicate medical tests, conditions, and procedures.
Most medical suffixes are of Greek and Latin origin, such as
-logy, but some, such as -ic, are from English and thus very familiar.
Use this medical suffixes quiz for evaluation or practice.
